STARCYCLE EVENT
Check out this video recap from a sponsorship event for Winona at StarCycle in Santa Barbara, CA.
With 125 guests, Angela led Winona to host two spinning classes with midlife fitness expert Kayla Johnson followed by a live Q&A with Winona's chief medical officer to help educate women about menopause and HRT. Guests received a delicious breakfast and free swag learning about menopause telehealth options and other vital resources.
In addition to organizing the event, Angela also secured sponsors and press coverage, including a write-up about the brand in Pressed.
PILATES BARRE EVENT
At this Winona-sponsored Pilates Barre event, Angela curated a powerful event to provide over 85 women of California's central coast with tools to cultivate whole body wellness in perimenopause.
TEMECULA WEEKEND OF WELLNESS

As Winona's Head of PR, Angela organized two transformative days of wellness activities at the Temecula Valley High School (TVHS) campus and at Oak Mountain Winery. With over 50 attendees each day, Angela developed a thoughtful itinerary to cultivate community and awareness around midlife health
The first day at the high school was geared towards educating young girls at a high school level with their mothers about reproductive health and how they could support early learning about perimenopause and other reproductive issues.
Day two was a wellness event at the winery for a few dozen more guests focused on strength training; Angela coordinated a sound bath and yoga session followed by a live Q&A with Winona's Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer.

Angela worked closely with TVHS's lacrosse team's Booster and other school clubs to coordinate details of Winona's sponsorship and feedback from the students' mothers about attending a women's health-focused event. Angela also secured additional sponsorships, swag bag items, accommodations, event logistics, and strategic promotion leading up to the event.

Angela is a veteran facilitator and host, taking pride in curating thoughtful and engaging discussions across a broad range of topics to further amplify a brand.
